The Gaudin Motor Company does something you’re not supposed to. Just about any management expert will tell you not to bring related family members into the business. Gaudin has run away from this “rule” for almost 100 years.
Fathers and sons, husbands, wives and extended family members not born into the Gaudin family all work at the organization. So, Life Story Media was asked to create a Company Edition of the Gaudin Family Story. This program includes interviews and material from related team members with families of origin other than Gaudin. The stories they tell reveal deep wells of earned loyalty and precious experience. We hear from those with as many as 20, 30 and even 40 years experience working at Gaudin. Their history illuminates another facet of the Gaudin family heritage. The company features these programs in marketing, new team member orientation and ongoing cultural training at all four of its locations.
